Connecting Supply to Demand

Utilizing our strategic partnerships we are able to match potential buyers to sellers. Global trading yields profits through the simple concept of sourcing something most efficiently and effectively produced in one place and delivering it to where demands are greater than supply. Aventine partners with trading groups that specialises in the international trade of fuels, petroleum products, crude oil, natural gas, sugar, and other commodities including rice. Identifying potential buyers and sellers of commodities through establishing strategic partners of qualified buyers and sellers throughout the world ensures reliability of products and successful execution of trade deals.

As an example, peanut oil is in high demand in China whereas Brazil has a huge supply. Brazil is the world’s largest exporter of peanut oil, providing approximately a third of all global exports. On the other hand, China is the largest importer of peanut oil, consuming approximately a third of all global imports.
